Method
1:
Step
1: Go to file menu then select prepare
submenu from the list.
Step2:
Click on Encrypt Document.
Step3: Type
the password.
Step4:
Renter your password and click ok.Now
your document is password protected.
Note: This Method
is for window 7 other windows may have different option in menu File.Ckeckout which option you have and do it.
Method
2:
Using
this method file or folder both get protected.For this method winrar software is required or
any rar file making software.
If
the software is installed in your computer then follows below steps:
Step
1: Go to the folder and right click on that.
Step
2:click on the add to archieve.
Step
3: Select advanced tap and click on set password.
Step
4: Type the password and click ok.
Note:
In this method copy of the document is created
so,Delete the actual file and keep copy.The rar file of the document get
created in this.Image given below
