password in drive of our computer system..

a single rupee.

There
is a pre install software in our windows operating system, known as BitLocker
comes in windows 7 or windows 8 so, by using this we can easily lock any drive
and can also unlock it using that. So just follows below steps and make your
drive password protected...
Step1:
Step2: Click
on category at the right of the screen and select small icon from the list.
Step3:
After that click on BitLocker Data Encryption.
Step4:Click
on Turn on bitLocker of the drive whom you want to lock.
Step5:check
on use a password to lock a drive.
Step6:
Type the password.
Step7:
After that it will ask for where you want to store the recovery key .It will
help you if in future you forgot the password then you can see the password in
that file.Keep the file at save place so,nobody can see that or you may delete
this file if you have confidence that you will remember the password.Click on
save the recovery key to file.
Step
8: Click on start Encrypting.It will take few seconds to complete this process.
Note:
To open the drive right click on drive and select unlock the drive and after
that type password and click ok.
Remember:
To Unlocked the locked drive do the same process and click on Turn off
BitLocker.
